Rebecca Walter Dunn

Rebecca Walter Dunn, a community volunteer for over forty years, has been immersed in the world of public policy for the past two decades. She began her involvement in public policy by developing community forums in the Tampa Bay area to increase public awareness of national and state public policy issues. She served on the board of the James Madison Institute, a state-level think tank in Florida, for eighteen years and was a member of the Board of Directors of the Foundation for Individual Rights in Education. In 2001, she was appointed to the Florida Judicial Nominating Commission.

Her civic commitments have benefitted the arts, business development, and health care. She has been active on the boards of The H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center Foundation, University of South Florida Economic Advisory Board, Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center, WEDU Public Broadcasting Station, Community Foundation for Palm Beach and Martin Counties, Palm Beach Symphony, and American Friends of the Uffizi Museum.

Mrs. Dunn is a graduate of Florida State University. She married Bill Dunn in 2002.

Thomas E. Beach

Thomas E. Beach is the founder and Managing Director of Beach Investment Counsel, which manages the financial assets of high net worth families and foundations. Prior to forming Beach Investment Counsel he held various portfolio management and executive positions with a major institutional investment management firm. He served as chief executive officer of its mutual funds and as a member of its three-person management committee.

Mr. Beach currently serves as Chairman of Reason Foundation and is a board member of Commonwealth Foundation, DonorsTrust, and Pennsylvania Lumberman's Mutual Insurance Company. He previously served as Chairman of the Property and Environment Research Center and as a trustee of Eisenhower Fellowships, the Haverford School, Philadelphia Youth Tennis Center, Laurentian Capital Corporation and The International Lawn Tennis Club of the United States.

Mr. Beach earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
